Fenix Casino have been blaclisted after a player complaint.
The player won over £2700 on a £0.45 bet at the game Dead or Alive in early May. He played with a 100% bonus.
The casino refuse to pay because the player have played with bonus at the casino earlier and claim that he is a bonus abuser.
For a week Fenix Casino have not given us an answer regarding this complaint.

The player have finally been paid in full today.
